SUMMER GROUP TRAINING
15U Group 13-15/16 years old – June 3rd
3 days per week
$225 per month
Cap at 12
15U Group: $225 per month (approx. 12 sessions per month). This group meets 3 days per week and is designed to increase base levels of strength, speed and movement competency. Areas of focus will be on general movements designed to increase the athlete’s foundation of movement and increase their general physical preparedness for the sport of ice hockey. There are two weight room/lift sessions and one turf/movement session per week. This group will be capped at 12 participants.
18U Group 16-18 years old – June 3rd
4 days per week
$300 per month
Cap at 12
18U Group: $300 per month (approx. 16 sessions per month). This group meets 4 days per week and is designed to increase strength, power, quickness, speed and movement proficiency. Areas of focus will be on base levels of strength, special strengths, specialized movement for both on and off the ice, mobility and general physical preparedness for the sport of ice hockey. There are three weight room/lift sessions and 1 turf session per week. This group will be capped at 12 participants.
Group training sessions are the perfect way to train if you’re looking to train in an environment with friends or a select group of teammates. We offer two, three and four day per week monthly packages for groups of three or more.
Looking to train as a team? We offer training packages for teams of any kind. Training in a team setting will both reduce the cost for your athletes, but is also a great strategy to team build for your athletes. We offer both half hour and full hour team training sessions.
Private training is the best way to get the individual attention you need in your training sessions. Private training offers the individualization that will help ensure you’re in the best possible position to excel in your sport. We offer both half hour and full hour private training sessions.
Group Training Classes
Group training classes are a great way to be in an environment where you’re pushed to get better by those around you. We cap our training classes at 12 so you’re able to receive the individual attention you need while still being in a group-training environment. We offer classes for middle school aged athletes, high school aged athletes and for the general population/weekend warriors.
We firmly believe in education of the athlete and parents here in the performance center so we are offering free training seminars quarterly. These seminars are a great way to learn about the how’s and why’s of training and also topics associated with training.
